Lovely 2-story, blue home overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Sit on the upper bedroom balcony and watch the passing ships. You have an awesome view. Property has lovely fruit trees. Quiet enough area to relax, but yet close enough to drive your golf cart to town to modern conveniences such as the grocery store or restaurants. We also own the one-story Pink Hibiscus Cottage, which is on the lot directly in front of the Blue Crab (also available as a separate rental). There is ocean access from the Blue Crab property for rentals via the Pink Hibiscus. A golf cart rental is recommended to get around the Russell Island/Spanish Wells area. We have two adult bicycles and two single kayaks at this rental for your enjoyment. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, fully furnished with cookware, towels, linens, etc. Central A/C Cable TV with 2 televisions (one in living room, one in main bedroom) DVD & CD player Washer/Dryer Telephone 2 single kayaks with life jackets 2 adult bicycles with helmets. 4-person maximum allowed in this vacation home. Check out our Group Option for parties of up to 8 people. Renter(s) must be at least 21 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or authorized adult at least 21 years old. Minimum one-week rental required. Spanish Wells Eleuthera Villa Rental Rates 1-week rental rate is $1050. 2-week rental rate is $1900. 3-week rental rate is $2700. 4-week rental rate is $3200. A 10% Bahamian Government Rental Tax will be added to each reservation. Security Deposit: $300 (this will be refunded after departure as long as there is no damage). ***A golf cart rental is recommended. We can provide you with referrals. Payment Policy: Pay 50% (fifty percent) of the total rental fee (including security deposit) to secure the booking, along with the signed & date rental contract that we will send to you by email, fax or mail. Pay the remaining 50% due within 60 days of your rental date. We do not accept credit cards, just personal checks or certified funds. Checks must clear the bank before your rental date. Upon full payment of your rental, we will email you with pertinent information (such as Caretaker contact, directions to the home, etc.) Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 60 days of your scheduled stay, there will be a $300 cancellation fee unless we are able to re-rent the same time frame you booked.
